Project

A defined commission with a clear deliverable — visual identity, image direction, editorial campaign, single case study. Scoped, costed, delivered within an agreed window.

Typical scope · 4–12 weeks

Retainer

An ongoing creative direction relationship for houses building over time — monthly direction, image stewardship, narrative continuity across seasons. The pace of a year, not a quarter.

Minimum · 6 months

Workshop · Talk

Intentional creative practice for teams, clubs, and institutions. Topics range from image strategy to AI as a thoughtful tool. Designed for groups of 12–25 in a room together.
