Data practices

What we do not collect

These websites do not run any third-party analytics or tracking scripts. There are no cookies set by our pages. We do not maintain a database of visitors, and we cannot identify who has visited a page or what they have read.

What is collected, by whom

The only direct data flow on these sites is the Studio enquiry form on the .Studio page, which opens your own email client — it does not transmit anything to a server we control. When you press Send, you are sending an email directly to hello@grazziehouse.com. The data you send is therefore handled under whatever email service you and we use, and is not stored anywhere else.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps minimal access logs as part of operating the service — IP addresses, request timestamps, requested files. We do not access these logs for analytics. Netlify retains them under their own privacy policy.

Fonts

Typography is loaded from Google Fonts. Google may log a request when fonts are fetched. If you prefer to avoid this, browser extensions like uBlock Origin can block the request — the site will fall back to system serif and sans-serif fonts.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU, EEA, or any region with similar protections, you have the right to ask:

To exercise any of these, write to hello@grazziehouse.com. We will respond within 30 days.
